The team at USN were kind enough to send me a HUGE range of their protein samples including 'Wheytella' - which is 24g in protein, 1.7g of fat and 2.1g of carbs!! The protein itself is delicious - not too sickly sweet which some chocolate proteins can be!
I made a chocolate lovers absolute dream with this protein! The stack is gluten free, flourless & high in protein!
1 medium sized banana
1 medium egg
1 packet/34g of wheytella protein
Dark chocolate squares
Nutella/any other hazelnut spread
1/4 cup of water
In a bowl, mash the banana and mix with the egg
Add the protein and continue to mix until a smooth batter is formed, if too thick add a dash of water.
Heat a pan with a tap of coconut oil.
Add a spoonful of the batter, then add a teaspoon of the nutella into the middle, cover this with more pancake batter and cook until brown.
