Proats... let's be honest it's the best way to start your day, purely because of the endless amazing toppings you can have on them!
Everyone asks me how do i get my proats so 'cakey' and it's so simple you wouldn't believe. I don't use milk, it's a personal preference and i don't think it really needs it! especially if you have delicious toppings.
2 scoops of whey protein
1/2 cup of water
Combine the oats and protein in a microwaveable bowl, add the water and mix until the dry mixture is completely wet.
Microwave for 2minutes to create a dense bowl of proats!
